Hi, advice please I’m going to vist BGHS on 2nd May, what’s the Etiquette there? I understand it’s a Nudist health spa which is the main reason for going to enjoy the facilities but if some play was to be had upstairs in the other rooms how would that happen? Can you go up and look in rooms etc? Or be invited up from the spa area? Sorry never been before! |

Perfectly fine to look around the rooms and the outdoor terrace, but not good to just hang about watching folks!
Best thing is to be sociable in the spa area and cafe and if the conversation turns to anything more interesting see how it develops! Have fun x |

I would say read the website rules.
They are very strict and even an unintended hard on will get you thrown out.
We love it, it's chilled out and a great way to de-stress.
But think of it as a naturists club that tolerates swinger's as long as they play by the rules.
It's not a swinging club.

Extra tip, don't be one the men who walk rapidly from room to room ( sauna-steam-jacuzzi) trying to find the attractive people. The number of steps they must clock up is ridiculous.
Enjoy the facilities and chat. Hopefully you'll connect with someone. |

We usually go mid late afternoon that way get a couple of hours with the men then a couple of hours with the couples, best of both worlds  |
