started with the stretchy silicone ones, and have moved on to the metal ones. Got the 5 set from Ann Summers, worked out what size fits (over cock and balls) then proceeded to buy a variety of rings to fit the smallest that would fit, to give the maximum constriction when hard.

Best thing to do is get some string and measure around the top of your cock and all the way under you balls and back to the top.

Stainless steel ones are great much better than elasticated ones, they just take a bit of figuring out and testing size wise to get the right fit, using string and measuring it is the best way have a 48mm that’s a bit tight but fun & 50mm for just the shift, then a 60mm for over both the shaft and balls |
