first meet a 'sauna date'

I always say if I like someone at first I will meet in a public place for a drink and a chat, see if there is chemistry.
Had a message suggesting that I meet a guy in a sauna! He states it is a public place...and if we like each other a great tease.
I wouldn't be comfortable with that! Would any other ladies? |

Yes i would, i have done first meets at Chams and thats generally because there will be other people about hence making it safer, well its safer than a hotel or his house  |

I wouldn't go straight to a house or a hotel room anyway, far too much expectation to play.
A trip to a club or sauna even if you're comfortable stripping and looking sweaty for a first meet is more of an inconvenience than popping to a local cafe or bar! |

I never do a social meet first anyway thats why i meet at Chams, for the safety aspect of it aswell as it being fun . At Chams i don't use the sauna anyway (although i do use the jacuzzi) although they do have one so i wont be looking all sweaty etc at that point lol ...i have no problem with stripping off and wearing a towel there for a first meet. if the meet turns out to be crap then there are still others around should i want to play. |

ive arranged a few meets with guys in clubs, i class them as a public place, i do make sure i state that just because im meeting them in a swingers club if i feel we dont click i wont be playing with them and will be going my own way, i also make sure i state that if we do get along and play that dont necessarily mean i'm staying with them all night and playing with others as a couple
I have no problem meeting guys in the bar area in clubs and having a drink and a chat and see ing how things go |

I agree, it is a public place, with people who aren't judging you and if anything went wrong, or you feel uncomfortable, as a rule, the staff will look after you, as it's in their interest to do so.

Problem i find with most guys when its been suggested to meet in a club (usually by them) is they dont want to meet you in there they want to meet you outside and go in with you as its cheaper, that i wont do, i wouldnt go into a club with someone i had never met before |

it is and i am more than happy to go into clubs with men i know and have met before and like, but i wouldnt go in a club with someone i have never met, i refused to be used by someone as a cheap ticket into a place |

I always wonder whether those arranging to meet in clubs are looking for an exclusive meet or are they just hedging their bets?
If I was really cynical then I might think that club owners actively encourage such meets to boost their coffers
... but i'm not .... so I dont

Of course I've been let down many times by men who talk the talk but never follow through with arrangements to meet at the club, doesn't bother me as there are plenty of genuine people there.

I will sometimes go into Chams as a couple with the fella but i insist on keeping the locker key myself lol. Also i make it clear that i will play with who i want and as many men as i want and that might not include them. However if i think they guy is using me as a chep means to get into the c;ub then i wont go in as a couple with them ... that usualy s out the cheapskates lol |

clear as day now ... that Y-chromosome thingy was getting in the way
To answer Ops question; sauna meet first? Nope never in a million years. Drink first and then on to a club together is a possible but would never meet inside. This is nothing to do with being a cheapskate, the entrance cost is irrelevent, I just would not want to walk into a club and find my 'meet' either not there or pre-occupied. |

You all seem to be assuming the sauna would be in a swinging club. Lots of Leisure centres and hotels have saunas you can pay to use.....
Sometimes you need a code to access them, and often there is nobody else there.... |
