I’d say the Liverpool ladies meet some of that description as they still like to dress up for a night out. Even Jimmy Carr mentioned it once in his stand up, that Liverpool city centre gets quieter late Saturday afternoon as all the younger girls go home to get ready.
I work (used to live) in Liverpool and the girls always have a more glamorous outlook for their nights out. |
