We have a handful of friends and take our time accepting a request...occasionally delete people who we are never likely to meet...don't block though, well unless they are funny about deleting them...  |

Regularly clear our friends list if not actively chatting/meeting. Just a precaution against too many pics/vids in circulation. We’re always happy to re-add if the convo strikes up again. |

Nope.
We don't add people as friends unless we've met them or there's been long term chats.
Nor do we accept invites from strangers.
The whole 'friends' thing is generally just a means to see additional photos. You can easily send photos from private albums so there's no need to add to share images. You can hotlist if you want to put a profile in your updates.
If you don't add, you don't need to unfriend.
