I can't answer for others but my inclination to chat varies a lot on how the initial contact is made. I get far too many emails, generally from people with minimalist profiles, consisting of a single line or fragment along the lines "whats up", "what are you looking" etc. These sorts of messages are far less likely to get my engagement than something making it clear what they are interested in and that this in some way matches what I am looking for. |

With regards to the above, it also seems to be more about femininity and female energy than physical attributes.
I've met trans women whose energy is no different from any other women.
Fetish-focused crossdressers just don't have the same vibe about them.
It's very subtle, and I can't quite think of any other way to describe it, but you can kinda tell. |
