When you say adults only what do you mean exactly? We usually book adults only abroad, all it means is that there's nobody under 16 in the hotel and no kids club.

Im guessing you mean like a swinger resort? I dont know of any in uk, but i have been to one in Jamaica on a day pass. Was amazing
