My advice...if you've never needed them don't start using them now as they haven't been around long enough to be confirmed as safe, 2 men a year die using Viagra from heart problems in the Costa Del Sol...saw it on ITV + 1 the other night! lol
All jokes aside, be careful with these things, look them up online & your can read all about the dangers of them.

If you are in normal range for blood pressure probably ok.
If no E.D. normally and its just for performance, then a half tablet may be more than enough, so which ever you pick see what effect a small tab has first.
Viagra is available easily but at slightly more cost online in UK. Kamagra is a grey import, as in not licensed due to others holding sole rights for sale in the UK, cialis etc
This means some sources may be fake pills if you buy from random sources.
Even taking an ibuprofen for the first time carries a risk, so same with viagra etc |

I have used both viagra for me every time the other one does not work for me. Make sure you get the real deal though. If you are fit healthy with no heart problems like my self then why not. Try half a tablet first as sometimes that's all you will need.
Make sure you take them with water. First time i just tried to swallow the pill and it got stuck

I am making the assumption that they will not be prescription drugs so how can you be sure its going to be safe to take either?
There are a lot of fake medicines being sold with contents that should/would not normally be taken orally, but, because there is money to be made there are those who wil happily sell you something which is unregulated and unlicensed to make a fast buck. Have a good time but dont get screwed up doing it. |

Could be wrong but I was under the impression that the active ingredient was the same, just that Viagra is the branded product and Kamagra a generic alternative - a bit like Nurofen v. Ibuprofen?
Either way of course you need to be aware that unless you're getting them from a pharmacist there's no guarantee they're genuine. they might be fine, or they might be aspirins painted blue, or they might be something nasty... |

If people want guarantees then you would not take either.
How do you know as a normal person, that the pharmacist is not on the make and plying fake versions of viagra out to people?
Even the herbal variants can carry a risk. Herbal does not equal safe all the time. |

My man has found he gets bad headaches from them too. Also has been sick on them as well, right after a very active meet! Just half a tablet is much better to do if u go that route. Just read up and make sure u make an informed choice cos underlying health problems can cause problems.
Sounds like a great plan though! Have a nice birthday!

kamagra and viagra are both manufactured by ajanta pharma in india. pfizer no longer make them themselves, they have them made for them under licence. the active ingredient in both is the same. kamagra manufactured by ajanta pharma has an ajanta hologram printed on the foil backing of the packet.
other alternatives are ciallis and levitra, both do the same thing but last longer (24-36 hours) but they have different active ingredients.
i personally wouldn't encourage anyone to use them, they all carry risks and buying off the internet can be very dangerous if you don't know who you are buying off. |

it's not just a case of taking 1 it also depends on what u eat 2 how good work, if u eat fatty food that day then less chance of anything working, if had a good diet for the day even half a tablet is good enuf, think something u need 2 google and do search on, |

Took a quarter if a Viagra doctor prescribed I might add so all legit well for my mums ex lol just helped myself to a few to try them I ended up in bed for three days ill afterwards had to get an injection from emergency doctor took a severe allergic reaction to it, friends have tried them and struggled to breathe bad headaches palpitations sweating sickness blurred vision no one I know has ever not had at least two different side effects and next day still getting hard ons at inappropriate moments !! |

For the life of me I can't understand why a 32 year old would need Viagra. Even at nearly twice that age I don't.
I reckon there's a wholly/ mostly psychological reason behind it but, leaving that aside, I have even less understand of why anyone would entrust their life to something they buy off the internet. |

Noooo hahahha I don't need it. I just wanted to see what difference it would make.
To be honest I went through nearly 2 decades of depression and that started to wear my libido down a bit but I also had illnesses this past year and just wondered what a boost it would cause me.
Frankly, it was the first time I came twice in a row without losing hardness since I hit 20. I can go the once for up to 3-4 hours still, but then that's it. Viagra is just for those extra dirty ermm... gettogethers?! hahaha |

Anybody know that viagra was not an intended patent but an accidental discovery? Heart doctors were trying to patent a way of better distributing bloodflow for patients with heart disorders/diseases. Low and behold, one of the attempted products caused a boner and a totally different product was born hahaha |

In order to try safely go to lloydspharmacy.com and register, fill in their online medical form (honestly) and they will get back to you about whether you could safely take it and which one would be most suitable. They then post it to you. Simples.
But never ever take without medical or pharmacological advice - it could have potentially serious consequences if you have underlying conditions whether you know about them or not.

Firstly if there is you and 8 women you ain't going to need any them, but like every one else has been saying be careful I have tried both and both as good as each other but best sticking with the real deal Viagra. For the record if you don't need don't take as it can cause damage / irritation to your urethera (think that's how it's spelt ) speaking for personal experience and it hurts like a B'stard until healed plus means not sex till healed |
