What is it with people who say no pic no reply.
Then when you send a polite message with a face pic you don't even get a no thanks.
It's not a lot to ask is it? |

No reply is a way of saying not interested or they could be busy or waiting for partner before deciding, don't get hung up on it just forget and move on. It's too easy to get focused on the why's instead of the reason were on here  |

They didn't send you a picture or a reply. Sounds like they did exactly what they promised!

No it's not, but then imagine that the recipient of your 'polite message' has another 200of those beacause she's a single female or perhaps its a popular couple. Would you want to spend your life replying to endless messages?
If you've had no reply, just take it they aint interested and move on. |

Why do you expect a reply?
If we don't like profile or person is not what we are looking for we don't reply.
If we send a message and don't reply then we simply take it that they are not interested in us and we move on x |

If you stay patiacent this week in FORUMS you will see your not alone, because i am pretty sure we see same topic raised a few times before end of week.
sadly there are some people who might intend to flirt/chat /meet - but when opportunity pops up they get scared and pull away - id agree that manners doesn't cost a thing - especially on here- to just send a polite "thanks but no thanks" |

But you need to see it from their point of _iew sometimes they get 50 -100 messages.
They might not even get bloody chance to read and reply to them all.
I might get 1 message a month.

On the flip side to the no pic no reply statement is.......on the profile does it say picutre guarantees a reply. I'd guess not, just move on from it. |

....do they have any public picture on their profile? If yes it is wise to attach one to your message in case you don't have any in your public just like me. But if they have no picture and said no picture no message, just don't contact or accept whatever comes

I am polite and swung before for 5 yrs as a couple we always said no thanks or not for us. |

Its not a lot to ask someone who may be interested, but if they're not and maybe got 1000 unread messages waiting, sorry but eh get a grip.. Think they would reply if interested!  |

Even when you message back with a polite no thanks not interested you get a message back with either abuse, whinging, or the why why why why routine. Its much easier just to not reply rather than go through the same routine with on average 20-30 msgs a day |

We normally have men blocked from messaging but unblocked them a couple of month back and received 47 messages within 30 mins. Needless to say we didn't reply back to them all as we just didn't have time to tell them no thanks |

Theres many reasons people dont reply and its not just thro ignorance
I used to reply to men i had no interest in with a no thanks but i got fed up with the nasty come backs from guys who cant take a no thanks, some would mail me back telling me i was fat and ugly anyway and that i should be grateful of their offer as i couldnt do better etc that i simply stopped sending out no thanks replys and only mailed guys i was interested in
And dont class myself as ignorant for doing so, it was mens fault i stopped sending replys for being so rude so whos the real ignorant one?
And i know lots of guys will say they never send out such messages and i know a lot of guys wouldnt but i dont know which can and cant take a simple no thanks just by reading a message so i just dont say it to anyone now |

Whats even worse is people who block you for no reason which has happened to me on a couple of occasions! A polite thanks, but no thanks would have been sufficient.
BTW my messages where polite and non pushy before anyone asks. |

That may have been the case, but I refer to earlier posts, most women get bombarded by 100s of messages daily. If they not interested, they'll delete and block a sender so that sender won't message again or have the chance to send more messages.
Don't take it to heart and move on |

We have 'no pic no chat' on our profile. The reason being if we message someone first ( which isn't often) we always send a pic and have 3 on public _iew. I always send a polite no thanks if we're not interested. I never reply to messages if the sender doesn't attach one or has no public pics. Surly if the sender is interested they would want you to know what they look like. We get a lot of 1 line messages with nothing attached that we just delete. Xxx |

Just received a 1 line message from a guy with no pic and no public pics who is outside our age preference. Obviously didn't bother to read our profile!!!! I rest my case!!! |
