Intro to swapping

Trying to take small steps into swinging together, not yet got to the point of any form of swapping or playing with other couples.

Is there such thing as soft swap / no swapping group play ? The idea of this sounds great….

Any other advice on how to take baby steps into swapping and playing with other couples is massively appreciated.

Getting to the clubs is a good step, there’s no pressure to play, you can just enjoy the atmosphere and see how you each feel

Try to find a couple who are happy to move at your pace, willing to meet socially to calm nerves, happy to reassure you at every step. Alternatively look for people in your position and learn together.

There are lots of soft swap couples it's just finding them, good communication and setting boundaries helps, just make sure you go at a pace your comfortable with.

All the above. You won't go far wrong. Full swap isn't for every cpl. We have a few friends who aren't full swap. Makes no odds to us.
