I think we all experience this from time to time . Sometimes being on here can make those feelings worse.
When I'm really struggling with my confidence I make a point of doing things that make me feel happy.
Sometimes it's a walk along the beach , sometimes it's a pamper session, sometimes its a good old giggle with friends, sometimes a bit of retail therapy and actually sometimes I even dress up and take new photos to remind myself I can scrub up quite well.
Unfortunately when you get so in your head what others tell you can become meaningless.
However show her how much you love her and desire her and I reckon her confidence will increase. |

For me, sexy is definitely a state of mind and not a body type.
The largest of ladies can be extremely sexy whilst a “perfect 10” could not depending on the person themselves (and obviously vice versa too).
We all have moments where we doubt ourselves and how others see us, it’s perfectly natural but at the end of the day it’s how we see ourselves that matter.

Spot on. It’s the LAST place you should both be if there are any insecurities.
Personally don’t think obese people are attractive just as I know plenty on here don’t find myself, or partner attractive.

A lot of women have confidence issue and these days a lot of men and others in community also suffer from time to time .
All you can do its give her your love and devotion and hopefully her confidence will grow also lot of support from good people here. |

I've found as I've got older that sexiness is a state of mind, if you believe you are attractive that will show and people will be attracted to you... I've also learnt to be kind to myself we all come in different shapes and sizes xx |

She does look fantastic, but it is a difficult situation. No amount of other people telling her she is sexy, won't change how she feels about herself.
TBH all you can do is be supportive, sensitive and be what she needs in all aspects of your relationship. Hopefully things will then work themselves out! |
