Staying away from the obvious, kiss someome, take an item of clothing off etc.
You could have a block saying to blindfold a person of your choice for the next x many turns
Then make a few blocks that focus everyone on that person?
Then after x many turns are complete the person wearing the blindfold chooses the next one to wear it? |

We played this recently at a meet, was a good icebreaker without taking things too far initially. Some of them were;

Kiss opposite partner
Flash boobs/bum
What colour underwear?
2 fingers (of drink lol)
