Don't go to the gym and train harder obviously.!! It's called delayed onset muscle soreness (doms) wait until the soreness has gone and maybe push yourself a little less till you are more used to it. A hot bath may help. |

Hey, yeah, DOMS is shit. Best thing is to keep moving. Keep using the muscles to get blood pumping through them just don't go doing silly weights, need to give muscle a day or 2 inbetween to rebuild. |

OK, my bum muscles really sore from walking lunges with weights. Not used to do those lol |
