So hubby is away and had been encouraging me to play solo for ages now. I’ve never been to a club without my wingman (although we’ve been tonnes of times together) and am wondering if any ladies out there would mind sharing their experiences of going out alone? I’m thinking of attending Libs on the 8th April which is a couples night. I’ve only ever done single guy nights. Are the couples nights any different? I’m hoping for a chilled out, no pressure to play atmosphere. I’ve played with couples on meets before and had lots of fun! Should I go? Or should I wait till he’s home? |

I’ve only ever been to temptations in Bournemouth but I’ve always been on my own. I’m not going to lie, the first time walking through the door on my own was terrifying but everyone there was careful not to scare me off lol
If you’ve been there a part of a couple as well, I’m sure that’s half the worry gone |

I went to a club once on my own.
It was couples and singles only night. I was the only single lady there and was vultured upon. Hated it and ended up leaving early.
Was greatly disappointed.
Not saying it’s like that every weekend or in every club, think I just drew a short straw that particular night!
Think I’d go again but I’d prob post a message on the message boards here first to ask if any other single ladies were attending so I could buddy up! |

Thanks for sharing your experience! It’s good to know what to expect. Maybe it’s a case of just getting in there then… xx |

"I find it much easier to go on my own on a night with single men, rather than a couples night
Do you? Do you mind me asking why? Xx"
Couples have each other to chat to. Single men are looking for company. |

I did it for the first time last night. I was terrified. I had been as a couple and before I knew it I was chatting and playing with others I had spoken to when I first went as a couple. I would definitely do it again x |

Oh if you were not so far away, I’d come with you and be your ‘winggirl’ |

My first club visit was a couples and single women event. I was really nervous going but I thought if I hated it I could just leave.
I had to be brave and I approached a couple at the bar and started chatting and they introduced me to their friends and I ended having a great night with that group of couples. |

I've been solo to clubs. It feels scary and liberating. People are really friendly in my experience. But I have felt like prey too. I think you need to listen to how you feel. If you're not confident, post a meet and find someone to go with. If you are brave, do it alone and you'll feel amazing |

I'm following this thread with interest as I'm due to go to a club on my own in a fortnight's time as very sadly my husband can't go as he's working. I do know some people who will be there though so that may make it easier. I just have to make sure I don't back out of going when the nerves creep in! |

Mrs S is one of over 160 single women heading to Le Boudoir on Thursday for the (appropriately) bi monthly Skirt Club party.
She’s a regular but reckons the Cara Delevingne documentary recently woke up a lot of women to the concept of a safe, sexy girl only sex party.
So that’s another option! |

Thank you all so much for your advice and opinions! I’m going to put a post in the club meets section and see who is planning on being around and if anyone’s up for being my buddy..: Hopefully I’ll be brave, go and have an amazing time to tell hubby all about! Xx |
