Very interesting question this for me.
I met a lady via a dating app but when we met up I wasn't attracted to her looks wise but everything else about her I was, we'd been speaking on the phone for a few months and on the date we got on brilliantly. Went back to hers and, well, yes we did what we did. She was the most compatible sexual person I'd ever encountered and just a beautiful human being, ended up falling for her but I couldn't fully commit at the time so it ineviatbly fizzled out. Yes think this is quite common in group situations especially if the room is dark  It is one of the joys of such situations that people can dabble with all kinds.
