Morning, not sure how many others are into the scenarios we are (husband works away, Mrs like to meet guys and film it then send it over)
Just wondering if anyone has experience of this and what apps etc to use to send the files over.
Mrs had a meet last week and it was such a pain to get the video sent over, used google photos in the end, but it was a ball ache.
Please tell us there’s an easier way |

Thanks everyone will look into all the recommendations. We use WhatsApp for short videos. But if Mrs has videoed a full meet then they’re quite substantial |

We use WhatsApp as the videos don’t tend to be particularly long but for longer ones we have OneDrive with the app on our phones but Dropbox is just as good. I love receiving videos of her with her lovers. |

Google Photos is fine, its super easy and one of the best ways to share photos with numerous people (if required).
I had a friend shoot 4 of us on NYE and he shared the photos with all of us on Google photos. Its dead simple, so not sure why you found it a ballache.
Things like WeTransfer are insecure and open to abuse (I work in tech) and Dropbox isn't much better.
If you're using Google, just make sure you have proper passwords and Two-Step Authentication switched on and you should be good to go. |
