the symptoms of the early stages of syphilis are painless sores and ulcers around the genitals, anus and mouth/nose, it can take months to show tho so you can have had syphilis several weeks before you show any signs at all, secondary stage you will get a none itchy rash most common your hands and feet. tiredness, headaches and swollen lymph glands , the later stages include hair loss, fever and weight loss, if you get to this stage you've left it to late |

"Al Capone died of it - there's no cure - have you made a will??"
it can be cured if you catch it early enough, once you get to the third stage you've pretty much gone past help |

I seem to rremember reading (years ago) that it was one of the only diseases where you got a rash on your palms or the soles of your feet...but agree with what others say, tests at the clap clinic the best thing as it is incurable if you leave it too late...Henry VIII was syphilitic apparently which is one of the reasons his wives struggled with viable pregnancies |
