I wonder if anyone has suggested this before.
If you put someone on your hotlist and you're already on their hotlist, both parties are then notified. A bit like matching on a dating app.

Not really because having that info is of no benefit.
If I post a new pic I get less than 10 fabs and 5 or 6 of those are from friends which tells me nothing really because in general women don't fab pics.
I could be on one hotlist or one hundred but it isn't reflected in my engagement on here. |

I love it when I find out that I've been on someone's hotlist, I like the idea of matching with people based on a hotlist matching, but then it may kill off the mystery of it all... |
