Yes I've done it.

I usually scrape the juice/gunk off my dildo when I've finished and put it into a sterile jam jar. And then I use a cold teaspoon to spread it over my face. I leave for 10 minutes and wash off with a warm flannel.

My face smells a bit funny afterwards but it feels super soft.
