Ok.. so major migraine the other day during orgasm ended me up in a&e. (Dizzy, nausea, nearly vomiting, foggy, major sharp electrical type pain) Has anyone ever experienced/been diagnosed with post coital headaches and if so, experiences and outcome of them?

Not been diagnosed, no.

But if I masturbate to orgasm a particular way I get them. Always have.

Have you found any way to stop them or ease them? From a woman who loves this scene, it’s not made it easy haha

that cant be nice ? so to get pleasure you have to endure a headache after ? is there no meds to help ? saying that migraine's are not easy to medicate for normal pain killers are useless

I occasionally get these if I tense up in a certain way just before I come!, usually I just have a day or two off then ease myself back in with slow relaxed sex for a week or so, it can get in your head a bit worrying about, not good for blokes because you can get the dreaded floppy on through anxiety, then you've got two things to worry about!! Good luck with it hope you'll be ok!

Yeah this is what I’m wary of now as it’s my first one. I usually have normal migraines and on daily meds and monthly injections for but this was scary lol. Had to be tested for a stroke as my face was numb too on same side..

I have to remember to properly relax when I know I'm approaching climax. It's obviously more difficult to remember to do if you are with someone as you get carried away in the moment.

However I've never climaxed with someone else, only ever through masturbation, so it's easier to do.

Also, not lying on my back seems to ease the pressure in my head, as mad as that sounds
