First of all. Chill guys. It is an open space to share ideas. You don't need to get defensive.
1. I didn't say a man. I said an outside observer, and gender doesnt matter.
2. It depends on the nature of players, their connections, their stamina. In some scenarios, players fail to realise they hit a limit due to the heat, and that includes the lady. And that's why I usually preferr to have an observer that can make clearer judgments in "some" situations. |

Well I never send a message with just "hey" unless the profile has that as a greeting and nothing else.

Some guys like to be part of it and others don't. But we have always found all the other hands are usually giving other parts of her attention. It also works well if the guys work together and rotate regularly. |
