So from my own perspective I think you need more pictures. A single one of your face and your genitals doesn't really cut the mustard and the straight of cock pic is a major turn off for a good portion of the woman here, basing on past experiance, forums ect
Maybe get a few More body shots ? Than a general close up off the face. We want to see bodies aswell after all.
Few poses will spice your profile right up
"honest , yes i said honest ladies" sounds a bit patronising in my opinion
And your certainly rambling by the end of the profile expecialy under the "update" and the "ps"
I'd just take it out and make it fit a bit more smoothly into the profile than having 2 separate parts. A good smooth flowing profile looks better than a " oh I should add this and then oh wait I'll add that "
If you want to say update just to go see I'm actively changing I'd put the update and the date at the very top
