Aside from couples engaging in 'soft swop' or social meets do any of you ever meet and not have sex but maybe everything else?

Well I haven't no ..which isn't to say I wouldn't but I hope most meets between two 'singles' would progress to fucking ..otherwise I might leave feeling a bit disappointed...

Had a meet a while ago which turned out oddly non-penetrative. All he wanted was to wanks on me while I played with toys. He expected oral but would not give me any. Met a couple once and just talked, she didnt do it for me and i think she could tell.
