You know with regular practise I was great at this.. due to not having really done it for some months.. finding my gag reflex is somewhat worse than it was.. lol
But then I think it comes down to trust and the guys that have mostly done it have held me when I didnt want to be..

Yes regular practise is a must but remember the gag reflex is just your way of producing saliva to lube the cock the more the better ...
