Was out with a girlfriend over the weekend, having a nice girly chat and a giggle, my friend gets a text message through to her phone from a guy shes been seeing for a couple of years.
"May, I love you and Im missing you loads, never dreamed it would be this difficult"
My friends name isnt May
He has since said that May is just friend. Would you take that excuse if it happened to you from someone you were seeing for 3 or so years? I was speechless at the time, the look on her face |

"The content is not exactly ambiguous is it?
"
Exactly, so why say shes just a friend? Why not admit hes gone and met someone else. I dont think trying to lie his way out of it will change that hes fallen in love with someone else - its prolonging her agony, I think, anyway. Sad times |

It sounds like your friend has had a lucky escape. I don't know about you and your friend but if a guy isn't man enough to turn round and say that he has met someone else and is developing strong feelings for them to me, that screams pathetic - I like my men to have a back bone! If he hasn't got the kahunas to be honest about how he's really feeling to help give your friend closure on things, that says a hell of a lot about him.
