Remember going to a pub a few years ago around Birmingham/Smethwick that had topless barmaids.
The ladies had fantastic boobs. Can remember where that was.
Always ordered a Guniness as it took longer to pour and I had a good eyeview. Lol.

There was a place in Bearwood that used to do a toplesss barmaid night, I can't remember what it was called for the life of me, but it was just up the road from The Bear. I'm sure that only stopped about ten/fifteen years ago, I didn't even realise that sort of thing was still going on in the first place! Very 70s. |

I moved that way in the very late 90s and was shocked when I saw the signs, think they were still advertising top less nights when I moved to London in 2007, as you say its crazy to think that it's so recent because it seems so dated |

I worked around Bearwood in the late 90s. It was on Three Shires Oak Rd, near to the junction of Bearwood Road. Got a vague recollection that it was called ‘Jaspers’ at some point but that’s a bit of a guess!
Karachi kebab house over the road was always good for a late night snack! |

That's exactly what happened in Australia. The queue of men was around the block and when they opened the doors they were all disappointed. |

It really happened. Someone I know was out there at the time and told me and showed me the news report. They knew exactly what they were doing to promote the new pub. |

When I worked as a postie at the biggest sorting office in London, we had a local pub were all the barmaid (around 5/6 of them behind the ramp) all had undies on, basques, or saucy stocking suspenders, all the gear and served behind all day, great fun. |

The pub was in Bearwood and it was run by the family that was friends of Dee’s and she would go and help ou there the odd time.
It was all a bit of fun really whilst it lasted, the family moved to Spain and have run bars over there. |

The pub was in Bearwood and it was run by the family that was friends of Dee’s and she would go and help ou there the odd time.
It was all a bit of fun really whilst it lasted, the family moved to Spain and have run bars over there."
You two should open another pub in the area to continue the tradition |
