Whilst being as stiff as a plank of wood (pun not intended) I do enjoy a bit of yoga to try and change that.
I've always wondered whilst bent in akward and compromising positions what people look like naked doing the same poses.
Has anyone partaken in naked yoga, or watched naked yoga videos to stretch along to?
And no I don't mean the pornos milf yoga mum gets fucked my stud instructor |

Yes I love Yoga. Strange for a guy to like it. I must love the pain of the stretches. The Frog position is something else.
I can get my Hips down so that they are about 2 inches from the Mat.
Yes. I look at Naked Yoga. Not the Porn stuff though. Some of the poses are amazing and how the body looks. |

I've never seen the sense of wearing clothes for yoga (or swimming or general exercise for thar matter). Likewise I'm no the most flexible and at home I do my yoga naked as is practical and unconstrained to try and get a little bit of flex. Using YouTube videos as a guide.
I've never done it in a class. As to compromising positions I don't think it matters whether you're clothed or naked many decent people would not consciously look at others out of respect and manners. Just be there concentrating on their own thing. I think clothed or naked people would be very unhappy and feel unsafe is they knew you were actively coping a look at them in comprising. I assume most classes clothed or naked are quite sensitive to creepy behaviour?

Have just come back from a naturist camp in france where they did naked yoga outside in a forest. Totally vanilla, anything sexual would have gotten you kicked out. Naked yoga is fantastic, how it should be done. Some of the poses are, for the guys, a little…undignified, lol, with our ballsack hanging down between splayed legs but once you ignore that, it’s great. Couple of moments looking around the mixed class, I could have got hard, but luckily working out the prime numbers up to 100 prevented that from becoming embarrassing 
Want to do more yoga though, it was great and tougher than i expected |
