We've never seen any geared towards a younger audience, but then why would they? If they did that, they lose out and a lot of numbers to there club, also what defines young? How would you enforce it?
You'll find clubs range from mid 20s upwards, just read some reviews at clubs and check locally best advice, or setup meets at the clubs with selected people. |

Yes there are some who have under 40 nights , so unfortunately 1 of you wouldn’t be allowed to attend. |

On the contrary at a clubs discretion so long as one half of the couple is of the age the event is geared towards then both can be admitted |

Thanks for the pointing us in that direction. We thought there were some events for the under 40’s. |

On the back of that what defines as old?
We know clubs host various themes so our original question was are there any events for a younger crowd ?
In order to define young and old common sense would suggest having a mid age range as a cut off point. It can be easily policed by a well run organised club owner.

We were so close to making it to the under 40’s at townhouse then Covid hit and we were over the age bracket. Been to a few events run there and the club is best we’ve been to by far. |

I think that's totally dependent on the clubs and the event in question we have seen discretion offered for 1 half been over age and also a blanket rule on the age cap.
I would say having 1 member of a couple been mid forties can be to old for many of the younger couples on the scene certainly online.
I say that as I'm the older male of a couple as well who is close to 40. It becomes less of an issue in real life as I look a lot younger and most folk assume us to be the same age.
I've also met couples where the male is stated to be e.g mid 30s but in reality looks 45+ so have old you look as opposed to are when face to face is still the most important factor x

We were asking if there were any organised events? not whether we could both get in what with one of us over 40. |
