Not your standard first message of “hey” “u free now” “horny?”
What can someone say after you’ve got into the flow of a conversation that can instantly turn you off them? They may not even know it?
One recently for me was a guy said he really liked me because all the women in fab are fat and I wasn’t, not his thing.
Fine, we all have our tastes but putting other women down for size was a no, regardless of how well we got on before. |

Well he sounds delightful!!
Anyone who talks ill of others in any way is hugely off putting.
As is someone who doesn’t actually engage in conversation by using questions, they just talk about themselves. |

Numerous things. Where there’s no effort of conversation, when people type in text speak. Dirty talk, the list is pretty endless! Call me old fashioned but I like a conversation

What a delight, sounds like you dodged a bullet there
We were chatting with a couple a few days ago on here, and the guy from the other couple referred to me as a 'plaything' to Mr. Put him straight off having any more chat as he felt that was disrespectful, and it made me feel uncomfortable. I'm sure others wouldn't be bothered but for us we decided we didn't want to keep getting to know the other couple

In that case we are also old fashioned! We much prefer actual conversation too

"I like you"
Total passion killer. Because the fact that you're attracted to me, and the mess that I am, is a major red flag |

There’s no particular word, but I find it really off putting when someone is too confident.
For example asking me when I’m free to meet, what’s my address, what do I enjoy etc when I’ve had absolutely zero conversation with them and I’m not attracted to them.
It’s weird. |

Quite a few tbh but common on here that is a turn off one liners for us;
"How's fab treating you"
"How you finding fab"
"Wanna meet"
"You free now"
"What you looking for"

I hate when people use the word “sh*t” to mean ‘things’. It’s partly due to it being an Americanism, partly because it’s just needlessly vulgar and grim. |

This does my head in, although it's a handy filter for people that clearly aren't interested I guess! |

"Spunk
I hate that word so much, it's odd, it seems oddly childish to me and just all round gives me the ick. "
I second this… I know the word "cum" isn’t exactly special but it’s better than spunk lol. |

Not that I condone what he said by any means. But I always try give people the benefit of the doubt. Maybe he just made an observation and articulated it, given not in the most PC way. We all have preferences. |

Hate being called ‘trouble’ on the first message. “Hey trouble how are you?” “You look like trouble!” Usually from younger men. Dude I’m a 40 year old woman |

I hate how people use the term MILf for females even if they are not mothers! I have no children and I really hate how men put me under that name just because I am in my 40's and assume I have children!!!!! Grrrrrrrrrr |

I dislike when men start an opening line with :"Hey, babe" or " Hey,sweetie" or "What's up, doll"...I want to throw up on my mobile screen at that moment. Hate men calling me pet names. It's not respectful at all.

We've met guys in clubs and all has been going well and they go and say something really creepy or cringy or in a terribly naff and un-ironic way. And then that's it, Mrs Misfits attraction is killed. Which may sound fickle but is what it is. And sometimes it's not what they say its how they say it. |

I had the perfect fuck buddy, older, sexy, dressed and smelt AMAZING and was a demon in bed, we met through a chat on kik and on here, but she used to slag the other woman in group off for being bigger, put me right off her, stopped seeing her through it. No need for it, beauty comes in all shapes n sizes. |

'Hi Daddy'....
One or two word responses where I'm left struggling to make conversation. Do they want dirty conversation or polite 'getting to know you' chat. If I pick the wrong option I'm either boring or a dirty pervert! |

We were about two messages into a polite conversation with a guy who seemed decent, then suddenly we get a dick pic out of nowhere...I asked him why he thought it was acceptable, and his reply was - well you've got kind of dick pics on your profile already, so I thought it would be ok...! |

This is the one that turns my stomach too. Why on earth does anyone think that 'Mmmmmm' is a normal thing to say to another person.
It's like you are just leering at them. Gross |

Anything derogatory really. Words like slut, bitch and whore are just awful. More of a power trip for the man. Also when a guy tells you what he's going to do to me. Hello! It's a two way thing! Also the very American "I'm gonna fuck you good". That has me in stitches.
One guy once said "I'm going to make your pussy cry". Hmmmm I thought. Out of sheer despair and disappointment obviously. |

We were having a chat in a club with a very handsome man and the conversation was going very well. Then he came out with the line "if you want a big boy later let me know". That was the end of that for both of us. If you're big then great, they're aesthetic looking. Describing yourself as big... oh dear |

"Short sharp answers that just kill the conversation dead in its tracks. "
This - I’m aware as a single male that I need to do more in initial messages but it’s very dispiriting crafting a message for 5-10mins to get one word answers back. Try to remind myself some see their inbox as just texts messages but still… |

I feel like this is controversial but I mean this in a very specific circumstance. But any form of “can I do this ?” At a certain point kills the vibe for me |
