Not got a PA but do have a cock piercing. One issue is the healing time so no sex or playing for 8 weeks plus could be longer. Bathing it in salt water twice a day until it heals. Just so you know. |

I've had mine for about 15 years or so now and still happy with it. He'll have to start small, usually around the 1.6mm mark then once that's fully healed he can start stretching up to his desired size. Mine healed quickly, about four weeks, so not out of the game too long.
Many people think it may be really painful to get done but it's really not bad at all and it's over with really quickly.
Not all sexual partners have liked it but it literally takes seconds to remove or put back in so it's never been a barrier.
I don't wear mine all the time as it can irritate, especially if I wear a large ring for a long time, but I can wear a smaller ring for any length of time.
He needs to be aware that if he wears a small ring it can migrate over time, ie, make the hole more elongated than it needs to be so better to wear something of a suitable size and sometimes made of a lighter material rather than metal all the time.
