Not so important for men in that there are plenty of them here, rarer for single women and genuine couples so they are more expected to PROVE they are what they say.
Your profile pic shows what looks like a tattooed hand but your profile says no tattoos?
Many find a dick pic as a profile pic off putting.
Being a site supporter would mean you get more from using the site such as being able to see more on "who's near" and see who visited your profile. (But don't hound them!)

Being photo verified is better than not being photo verified. However as a single guy it matters not so much.
If you are an MF couple it is better as many single guys pretend to be couples, bit photo verify demonstrates there is a couple verified by admin behind the profile.

OP - I say this in the friendliest possible manner - not necessarily but there are a number of things you can do to help your case (and I appreciate I am not your target audience):
Don’t have a dickpic as your profile pic
Don’t have xxxxxxx as your name, it smacks of anonymity and deception
Equally, don’t change it to something crass
Lose the text speak
Don’t call women ‘girls’
Above all else, this isn’t plug n play. Men massively outnumber women on this site so supply and demand is unbalanced. Don’t expect to meet a queue of pornstars straight out of the gate.
