Yeah, it's different from squirting.
The white milky liquid is female ejaculate that is excreted from the skenes glands in the vagina.
I've found that women can squirt and gush and that liquid can come from the urethra for this.

I think the term used for this is calling Creaming, it looks like cum, but a lot more white thicker like cream
