porn is ok if its used in the same way as other entertainment is ie you dont watch a horror and go out and acted on it or watch rambo and think thats me ..porn is entertainment its made to make you watch and make money ..
porn can have real bits in too but so much of it is fake and therefore thats where the damage is ..the amount of guys who think porn is the norm is unreal .. |

Great question. While porn, especially studio / non-amateur porn, often portrays unrealistic ’sex’ that is more fantasy than reality, I’ve also found that generally people, including myself, are more open and experimental than they would have been years ago and I put that mostly down to porn along with empowering TV for women such as Sex and the City, which showed how sex and variety is just important to women as it is to men.
Porn can be plain sick and horrible - but Porn can also be fun and exciting and a way of sharing ideas with others. |

I think its less about detachment but more about the expectations of what the other person will do these days. Think of all the youngsters now being brought up on porn and normalising what we would have called taboo. It's getting to the point that young lads now think it's fine to act out fantasies on who they like. |

I agree with the experimentation side of it and opening people eyes so to speak but I also think it's starting to normalise the extreme, for example public sex stuff, that leaks into society as men trying it on with women on the street and other reality stuff like the fake cnc or hostage stuff doesn't help |

Good communication is essential - one person’s normal is another’s ’weird’. Mutual respect for boundaries and not over stepping them allows new ideas to be tried/tested before they become accepted. This should all be fun and exciting after all  |
