Of course; but ironically I play a very 'long game' in that, now that I am single, I do not expect instantaneous results; a lot of groundwork has to be laid, before a discreet group can be established for regular meets, with others who share my specific interests, within a reasonable travelling distance. If it happens that's fine, and if it doesn't despite my best efforts, at least I tried.
Since I formally retired, my attitude to virtually every aspect of my life has fundamentally changed. |

It does definately slow down but hey where in life do you get to stop the clock or rewind? Its just part of being
Unwilling to be dictated to about what is right in your own lives.
They found honey in the tombs which had not gone off the sweet bits of life dont have sell by dates!   |

My last meet on here was 5 years ago at the age of 78, since then Covid and my other health issues have put paid to any meets.
However, in the real world outside of Fab I am currently meeting a 68 yr old lady on a regular basis. |

Never say never.
I am 60 and following my divorce expected to be on the scrap heap of adult life.
Thankfully not the case. Just set realistic expectations and persevere.
I have even enjoyed new experiences so its not over until they nail the lid down. |

60 year old here and yes it's very hard to get a meet on here also very hard to have a chat as most women either don't read messages or read it then nothing at all.
It doesn't cost nothing to chat but seems the ladles on here don't want to. |

Yes, but not helped by being honest about my marital status which has frequently led to me being blocked. However I have had some decent chat with couples of a similar age. Shame, because I have permission, have a lot of experience and a very dirty mind! |

What is it you want women to chat about? Us women have learned from experience that chatting can lead to requests to meet or for sex talk so it's easier not to start talking unless we're genuinely interested |

As a rule we dont have a problem but things have changed on here and not for the better. The whole site seems full of Daydreamers and ego Trippers at the moment but we stay positive and hope things will change xx |

Chin up fella thats only true for those that state only after the age. Others can still be reached and if your chat and profile is a match and good enough who knows. One thing for sure you dont ask ( nicely) you dont get. |
