For photos yes that's true, but for videos often an app is needed as stock video editing software on phones only lets you trim clips, that's if there even is any |

Although it's theoretically possible to unblur a blurred picture, in practice it's virtually impossible on anything other than a one-time blur which affects the entire image & no other edits to the image have been made.
If anyone is concerned then just use a sticker, which cannot be undone once the image is saved. |
