Hi all. Been a swinging couple for many years and now single swinger lol.
Over the years I've come accustomed to fake profiles. But what exactly is a fake profile? Men or Women pretending they are VWE or Men pretending to be females or vice versa or Couples pretending they play with others??? Yes to all of those and I've come across many lol. But for me its females and couples pretending what they get up to and even worse at best having pics that are very old. I/We have have come across so many through the years on many different sites. Nothing worse than meeting up with what you expect a good looking female or couple only to find they are almost un-identifiable by their pics. As a couple we went for many a meet and said sorry you aren't what we are looking for and walked out and blocked their profiles.
Now single and I still get this happening lol. But now I have learnt to identify the fakes very quickly and have a lot of fun with them. Lots of fun stringing them along and slowly get bored and leave them in the lurch lol.
What do others find and how do they deal with fake profiles? |

Just to add and is only our/my own experience. Never met up with men who have faked what they have told us and have reasonably up to date pics.
I remember the worst meet my Ex wife and I went to was a couple. They said they were into meeting other couples only and their pics showed two pretty fit looking people. When we got to the hotel room they were in there naked. No offence to Large people but these two were Massive. Not only that their body odor was really nasty. We spoke to many others (men woman and couples) on that site who said they to had met up with them and shocked at what confronted them. Why???? |

Yes thats what I do now and it makes for sure what you are going to meet. But I've chatted with many who don't want to do that until we have chatted for a few days prior to going on Cam.... Actually my first Alarm bell to a fake now lol |

“Leave them in the lurch” … what happens when your “fake” radar is wrong and you’ve treated a genuine person or couple so badly ?

I hear you and totally agree but sadly its like why are the police so much into speed traps etc. Yes for the money lol but also to attempt to keep the inexperienced or with vehicles not in great working order from causing major accidents. So the majority have to suffer for their sake. Sadly you get so many of these fakes and over the years you get a thing about it. Also just blocking you don't get to find out if maybe you are wrong. The more you chat with them the more certain you can be about whether they are fake or not. |

why cant single guys accept that the site for them is always going to be extremely hard due to % of men if we lost 90% of the men on the site there would still be to many men and to many fakes |

I find it weird how many men pretend to be women, or even couples.
I think they get a kick out of tricking other guys which is rather cruel.
Its a road to nowhere unless its an end in itself for them.
There are undoubtedly some females who play the similar games leading men on with no intention of meeting.
Lots of chat, messages and live calls will reveal them for what they are.
If someone wont send a recent pic then theres a warning there too.
I also agree a huge number of men seriously need to wake up to the reality of sites like this.
We are indeed one in a million here. |

What absolute one sided claptrap!!  . 99% ??? . Record it on excel do you? I get far more fake women and couples contacting me than anyone else. When it’s free/ very cheap/ no need to verify on here nothing will change |

We blocked someone for the first time yesterday. We have had a few men say their wife is ill, away, so we ask that both females chat first.
We still have not had a meet yet but are not in a hurry. Whilst we say no to others, we know others will say no to us |

We don’t use other messenger apps full stop especially what’s app we would never willingly give out our phone numbers to people we do not know.
This does not instantly make us fake we just don’t want random messages. Our verifications prove that we are real that we meet and that they are recent meets.

Without a doubt the majority of fakes are male but I don't accept for a second that only one percent are female.
My experience has been completely different. As I said in another thread I've never been catfished or had a no show in my time here but I've seen numerous well verified women and couples with multiple profiles.
Lots of them have admitted or been caught out in private or groupchats that they have male profiles for checking out the competition or so they can express strong opinions on the forums that may reflect badly on their main profile.
I've chatted to couples where the male half is never mentioned and why attempt to discuss him is met with diversion and distraction before they admit he only exists as protection.
There are many combinations of fakes but playing then at their own game is just as bad.
Fake profiles are easy to avoid. Fake people not so much and they are a bigger problem on here. |

Verified is good if not just on video chat. Sadly there's a trick for everything. The only real way is to meet them lol but that can be terrible as well. I have used Whatsapp but not really great as stated above. I prefer to use other apps which you can have free temporary and completely antonymous profiles for chats on video. Also very secure and encrypted so good for one off chats and remove them altogether if not happy. Cant say what those are as the rules forbid it. |

That's my point. It never gets me down because I don't engage in the first place. If you really are so good at identifying fakes you will never be invested enough to let it get you down.
For example when one of the serial fakes starts threads on here and other forums I ignore and don't post but marvel at all those who do.
They don't appear to be playing them at their own game so I can only assume they really can't see it |

Ah mate we are all different hey and we react and amuse ourselves differently. For me I don't care about the fakes but you can, as someone stated previously, be wrong about them being fakes. So I like to chat along and that way you can work out better if they are fakes. If they are then usually I've spent some time chatting with them so end up having a giggle lol and if that gets and orgasm for them so be it lol. But one thing is for sure quite often its the ones you think aren't fake that turn out to be and vice versa. So chat is good even tho its in cyber space and not face to face like in the old days. |

That's good you string them along, give them a taste of their own medicine! How do we deal with them? By not replying, though it's entertaining reading their profiles and fake veris. We go to clubs and meet real people, many of who aren't even on Fab.
The classic fake is a lonely Man with a fake single Fem or Couples profile. There's also Men with photos of esc*rts and veris from account's they've set up themselves to make it look like they're successful on Fab. Some genuine couples have a single Fem profile but she doesn't play alone and the profile is run by the Man (we've met such couples). Some people are very observant  |

Yes verifications can be fake. Sadly the clubs we used to go when I was married were very clicky. Also no single men lol. So although we did go to a few we preffered to find our own online. Yes some were not exactly true to what they said but found all the ones we vetted were honest and good meets. |
