You can definitely tell if someone is unhealthy by looking. Gum disease, bad skin, scabs and boils, unkept hair, poor grooming, weight (or lack of), smell, dirty skin, bad teeth, dirty or unkept nails, dirty clothes, the persons manner and personality etc… they’re all good indicators
