Evening all.
Hope everyone is well.
I'm trying to summon the courage to ask my wife to introduce chastity in to our marriage.
Would love some advice on how to broach the subject with out having a negative effect on our marriage. Thanks in advance. |

I'd recommend googling 'evolving your man' and look for a blog on that domain. It is written by a female, who lives the chastity lifestyle with her partner. There are some tips in the blogs and FAQ.
However, your not going to get a step by step blow to the answer, this is something that is very individual to the couple, but my tip is ease into it, don't rush and then as per the blogs advice, give your wife some material to look at (i did this with my ex gf when we tried it, but note she was domme, so this was way easier to approach for us). Then answer her questions and go from there.
