Just a curiosity.
Since I first started on fab it seems to have evolved into more of a Kink site and I have been almost shamed for not being "kinky".
No kink shaming, you do you, but there are kink sites available for kinksters. |

I don't think it's become a kink site; I think people are being more open about kinks and fetish topics and are more willing to discuss them/want to find partners. Also some don't like said kink sites eg FL. It's all personal choice x |

In my opinion, I'd say the people here are generally going to be focused on specific sexual interests like that, the nature of the site and its audiences, from experience, are going to have less conventional ideas I'd just expect that |

Having been on Fab 8 years and into kink 7 years. The biggest change has been the swinging kink crossover. This has led to a small but educated minority of kinksters on Fab. Unfortunately as a recent thread has shown there are far too many vanilla people without a clue. So Fab is predominantly a swinging site in my view. |

Sadly, I think in some discussions in the forum we're not always respectful of people's sexual decisions. I've seen people kinks shamed, and also, on the other end, vanilla almost used like an insult.
I've like to think that as a community we can express our opinions and preferences in a way that doesn't make anyone feel bad about what they like. On the same score I'd hope that people don't see it as shaming when someone expresses a kink isn't for them due to a personal reason.
Thank Fab that we're not all the same x |

No I don't think it's more of a kink site. People have kinks some are more inclined towards the kinkier side. But no one should shame anyone else for looking for what they want on here. If it's different they should just move on. If they try and shame somebody for either being too kinky or not kinky enough they need to give their heads a wobble and cop on. |

Kinky just means involving or given to unusual sexual behaviour. As actively swinging isn’t necessarily mainstream then by definition, yes you could say it’s a site about a particular kink. |

Yep agree. I think swinging is inherently “kinky” as it’s beyond cishet vanilla sex. E.g. Exhibitionism & voyeurism are kinks and they’re very ingrained in the swinging scene (especially in clubs).
Maybe when the OP says kink they mean more BDSM or fetish type stuff? |
