It took me a little time to find the right cage and ring size but now I can go much longer. For many smaller cage is better, can be uncomfortable if you grow to fill the space. I found the best ring size quite quickly by trial and error.

We have quite a few cages. I (Mr) kept buying them trying to find one that fitted just right and could be worn for multiple days comfortably.

I've got a load from House Of Denial and they're *fine* but the Holy Trainer knockoff (they're allowed to call them Holy Trainer because apparently the original makers never trademarked the name) reslly isn't great. In fact I'm literally wearing it now, and the seams are incredibly pronounced and rough, and the device overall is very pinchy.
I also have an official CB6000-S, and the quality is far superior.

Unless the shaft of your cock is super thick, having big balls shouldn’t stop you using a cage with a hinged ring.
