I enjoy them.
Had training ones but felt like they were falling out. It also felt like over hour or two pressure would build that became uncomfortable.
Switched to metal ones called meo 24/7 they have a hole which prevents pressure building and feels amazing and you can carry on with what you’re doing without it feeling like it’s falling out!
I can wear those ones all day. Go size down though to what size you think you can fit |

Have you tried one with a "T" shaped base as I find these more comfortable for longer wear and good enough to both sit and drive wearing one. |

I’ve had a few and it takes a while to find the right one for you, too small and it just slips out, wrong base isn’t comfortable etc. For me my Doc Johnson Medium is perfect, it takes a stretch to get it in which is always fun then it fills me up nicely once in. It will be the style of plug you are wearing. Steel and glass plugs are really nice but have no give in them so when seated can be uncomfortable.
A silicon plug might be an option. But ensure you only use a long lasting water based lubricant with this material.
