That's the key thing. Like much else, it's easy to do badly, and that can be uncomfortable or downright painful. So take a lot of time, be patient, and use plenty of lube. The results are well worth waiting for! |

Slim hands (like mine!) are obviously better for this, and women who've given birth naturally also have an advantage. But your body is capable of opening up, believe me. You may well be tensing up without realising it. Relaxation is the key. |
