There are pretty regular Chester Socials, while Birkinhead is blessed with the Town House club.
But Wirral social at a pub would make sense. But not on an evening when Town House is open. |

Ah yeah i saw that one but it’s not my cup of tea, both because of TH and the ban on single men. I mostly meet single men and I’m far from being a unicorn, so any night where it’s only couples and single women is a no from me. |

I have seen the social you are talking about and they have their preferences so it’s up to them honestly. Plus they might have had bad experiences in the past and that could be why it’s a couples and single ladies for their socials. Or could be unicorn hunters but I don’t think they have anything to do with TH |

I haven’t said it’s not up to them, i said that specific social is not my cup of tea because they aren’t having single men there. The second reason it isn’t my cup of tea is because they’ve stated they’re going to TH as part of the night. Of course they’re free to do as they wish, hence me not showing any interest in going to that social but potentially being interested if one that includes single men but excludes TH is arranged. |

We are not a million miles away from the Wirral.
We went to the Chester Social regularly before covid, last I seen it was mid week so stopped going. Also been to parties in Elsmere Port in the past.
