No, but several times the other way round, both when I was a pizza delivery boy and then a waiter. The latter was a bit dodgy, looking back, but I enjoyed it at the time: management must have heard something because I ended up almost always on the breakfast in bed rota for older American women.  |

I had a dodgy plumber putting a new boiler in over a series of days, who, while up in my bedroom (an attic room) told me he’d been thinking about me. Since he’d also told me all about his wife and kids, I was pretty frosty with him after that  |
