YES. SO MUCH YES.
And it's not just boots on women. I walk past shoe outlets like Russell and Bromley that carry such lovely collections of female knee-high boots, some of them seriously androgynous in design, and I so badly wished that they actually sold them for men too.
I even asked one of the shop staff in R&B if the specific pair of boots I was interested in went up to a size 10. Turns out no, they only went up to size 8s because it's only marketed to women. And I'm just groaning in frustration because the only option for male boots seems to be Chelsea, combat, ankle, riding, or full on Wellies.  |

I suppose the big boots question is. What does a woman wear on her feet when wearing her sexy boots. My personal preference would be stockings or barefoot especially if you are going to peel off the boots later and give what's been encapsulated within some attention ??
