Yes it's a thing. But I get the impression chastity is mostly done within an exisiting relationship or commercially by mistress types.

You leave it on. I'm permanently caged. You'll get used to it. You can cum with it on.

Mines a metal cage so can and do clean everyday. But has not been off since 1st Nov. When I was allowed it removed for 30 mins
