I saw a ts out in town on tuesday, was very interesting, I just smiled, but lots of turned heads.

I thought, fair play,

Now, I just thought, how much people ts/tv or others, would go out dressed down the street, shopping or night outs.??

I know lots wouldnt, but its just a interests me, how much keep it secret for long time.

I remember years ago, my mate said wrong thing to a dreesed girl, got knocked out was funny

Titz Towers, North Notts

I like to go out around Notts, but I'd only do it after dusk. As long as I avoid prolonged scrutiny under good light I can get away with it. I'd not dream of doing it in the mid afternoon, though.

Hats off to them - we should all be able to go out dressed as we wish without fear of ridicule or nastiness - when we're out in manchester it's great to see a fantastic plethora of different people - Z

Are those your everyday boobs? Not sure you'd get away with it in any light with those!

Agree totally. There's a guy in Tunbridge Wells who cross dresses and people just stare, its so rude, he's not doing any harm.

They make it a hell of a lot harder, as I get more than one look from people, yet I still manage it. Amazes the hell out of me too!

I have had a few occasions where guys have tried to chat me up, which can be pretty damn tricky....

Brighton - even Hove!

There are some in Brighton out in the daytime. Don't give them a second glance. I think one use to run a chocolate shop in Lewes.

I've seen a few in Sheffield on nights out.

However they do get a lot of stick from knuckle draggers.

How do you know they are TV or TS or even CD by just looking?

Its just not something I’d want to do !!……

I’m more than happy just being a bloke who gets sexual kicks wearing in a frock...

I’ve no desire to go out in the wider public domain crossdressed,,,,,, but hats off to those with a greater need who’ve got the balls to go for it ……

A bloke in a frock is pretty obvious, but how do you distinguish a TV, TS or CD by looking at someone on the street?

South of Sleaford

I noticed this on my return from 2 days in London, obviously as Clare.

I went by train from Grantham Station on Wednesday. Image my surprise when I found my friend Jane sat in the seat in front of mine on the train. I have been quite busy in Reading recently (probate stuff) so it was an ideal opportunity to catch up. In King Cross we met up with Sara from Bristol and the three of us got a taxi to the local Travelodge. I was on the Underground the next day as well.

So to answer the opening post I go out anywhere any time and have never had a problem. However, I do dress as naturally as possible. I also stand up straight and am confident so I do not look or act 'vulnerable'.

My only caution is keeping myself safe, particularly at night. This is the same as what women do, particularly blondes. I have heard lots of stories from the women at work about how some men can be.

I'd be easy to spot by the Dick Emery style walk….

I go to a club/pub in Milton Keynes, which is a bi/gay/lesbian/TV/TS etc friendly place. It's a fantastic night out, made better by the fact that anyone can go there, dressed how they want, and everyone feels safe.

There are people there from all walks of life, from full blown drag queens to men going out dressed for the first time, and every thing in between, including a few straight people!

I go out dressed as often as I can, which isn't often enough, and haven't had any problems. It's quite a buzz to be treated just like any genetic girl.....and also to be a total slut in the bedroom like lots of genetic girls!!!

I go out when/where possible with no problems. Have not as yet had any problems, but I think people also recognise that I'm still a 6'2 bloke under it all, so it does make them pause!

That's a hell of a quote, we'll remember that one.

We've often said that what gives a lot of C.D's away is that they're often too feminine.

They dress like guys would like women to dress.

Never been out dressed myself but wouldn't rule it out - the only person that would be angry is the guy that tried it on and got the knock back before he realised it wasn't a girl lol

I am a little different..I'm out but not out..all our friends know what i do, its something i'm very open about but choose not to go out in public, It is just a sex kick. However, we do go out in Leeds all the time with our TV friends and hear some horror stories from the girls who venture out of their comfort zones on the way home..unfortunatly, prejudice is everywhere...in an earlier reply..looking confident and unfazed is certainly a huge plus in these situations
