"Hi all, do you ask others before meeting up or during the meet if they get tested and last result? Or do you prefer not to check? Does it sound rude to ask? "
Put it this way.
Like a car MOT a test result is only as good as they day it was taken.
They may have toddled off from the gum clinic straight to a gang bang. They may have met several people in the short space of time between the test and any result notification.
If you ask and someone says a date and a clear test what proof would you accept?

"If this is a big worry maybe do not meet as there's no guarantee! "
Totally this.
Be careful, but if you’re really worried, best you sign up at the local monastery lol |

I don't think it's rude to ask, it's not too long since we all needed to show clear covid tests to get out of the country or attend hospital appointments.
The jury's out on how useful the information you receive might be |

No I don’t ask as the test is only good the day they took it So you have no idea what’s happened after date of test to meet you.
Equally you don’t know if they tested were they within incubation windows etc.
If you are in doubt of someone then don’t meet for play and just meet socially. Can bring it up at end of that if the feeling to progress is mutual later |

"Hi all, do you ask others before meeting up or during the meet if they get tested and last result? Or do you prefer not to check? Does it sound rude to ask? " I never ask as to be honest its pointless. I use condoms anyway. So
.it only shows me that at the time of the test they were not testing positive with anything. |

"We just get an ‘all clear’ text message, no real proof. "
It proves that in the 26 days leading up to when the screen was done, you weren’t showing any sti markers. The NHS title and date on the text gives authentication, and is about as good as anyone can provide |

Why would looking after your personal health make you look rude?
If you’re chatting with someone with many veris, you can’t just assume they take regular tests. Same with those who only show the green tick on their profile, and choose to hide the hundreds of veris. Ask to see them. If they decline, it’s your choice whether you go on to meet them |

The one I received in September said ‘All clear’. This was from the Gillinggate clinic in Kendal |
