As a long term cuckold I can try and give an indication from my own perspective. Humiliation can takes lots of forms and what some might see as just that others won’t but here goes:
- driving the wife and lover around all night with them playing in the back of the car, waiting while they visit bars or eat and also waiting while they fuck
- meeting in public eg a bar and the lover enters and openly snogs the wife and then takes her off while I get drinks for everyone
- fully restrained naked and blindfolded in corner so can only hear the wife and her lover
- you have already mentioned vocal but that can be taken to great levels saying how your hubby doesn’t satisfy and how much you need real men as you are with your lovers
- forced to clean you up (and also your lovers)
- lingerie / outfit shopping with the lover getting his approval for what he wants you in and then hubby made to pay and carry the bags
