Why is it so hard to find a genuine dom for the wife as she new to it all but wants to have a dom/sub dynamic with someone not all these wannabes that just think a hard pounding is sufficient to be a dom |

Exactly! Like I’m not a dom myself but even I know there more to it than most these wannabes think, it’s so frustrating as wife is close to giving up on it |

Oh I did this once. It's alot of effort and really quite annoying at times haha!

I literally couldn't have made it more clear that was my experience of it? That's just how I found the dynamic with this one girl and I wouldn't do it again personally. I know couples who thrive in that dynamic so I'm not writing it off for everyone at all! |

There is a true master of the craft that runs BDSM demonstrations, I have seen her at The Attic in Derby and her handle is "- Pebble -" she can probably advise, provide a demonstration or if she knows people more local to you a good recommendation. |

You could well be looking on the wrong site, there are more fetishism focused options out there, which would have listing of local events etc etc and would allow you to meet people, get to know the local scene etc etc
Does your wife know what she wants to explore and experience?
There are a lot of aspects to D/s so knowing what she might like to try would be a good place to start.
